The brain is the organ of thought and feeling. As others say, having a brain is what makes the human to be different from other creatures of God. Parts of the brain include the three main divisions; the cerebrum which is the front part of the brain which forms about 85% of the weight of human brain, the cerebellum is found at the back area of the cerebrum which is in charge of the balance, posture and coordination of movement, and the brain stem which attach the spinal cord and the cerebrum. Other parts of the brain also include the hemisphere which is separated into four lobes: the frontal lobe, the temporal, the parietal and the occipital lobe. The medulla or the medulla oblongata is another part of the brain that controls the breathing, heartbeat, and other works of the brain that are vital to life. On the other hand, the thalami receive brain impulses while the hypothalamus regulates body temperature, hunger and internal conditions. Endocrine, limbic system and nucleus accumbens are also connected the brain to other organs of the body.
