Key Points


            Some of the key points include: 1) informations could be individually-held; 2) informations could be in a multi-angular movement and 3) informations could be commonly-held. Unique informations will be available at any point of team discussion mainly because individual member would be able to contribute informations that are unknown. Each member would have the opportunity to genuinely learn. Informations could also be unique and limited. There are informations that are known to a particular member, few members and common members. When the informations are widespread, it is known to be distributed communally.


Merits


            The merits of the exhibit are on discovering how informations are shared then validated and how some information could possibly be undermined. Information dependence may possibly lead to team learning. However, this circumstance fundamentally depends on how information is distributed within the team. Most of the time, the ‘majority wins’ and this is partly true when it comes to team decision-making. Most decisions are leaped from what is commonly shared. There is a tendency for the team to neglect most important informations; hence, team decisions that lack in depth and breadth.  


Learning


            We can learn that teams should focus more on what is beyond or the unique informations rather than exerting effort on what is already in existence. This is central to the idea that every member of the team must be given equal chance to speak their minds or share their knowledge and ideas that are not yet known to other members. This could be an effective way the tem could further mold their collective intelligence. Efforts should always promote an informed decision-making wherein relevant judgments are made with each of the member’s participation.
