Teleogical Ethics

Hi,

My assignment is divided by 3 parts. (Part A, B & C)

Part A requirement are need to apply Teleological Ethics (Egoism and Utilitarianism) and Deontological Ethics (Ethic of duties and Rights & Justice).

Part B requirement are any examples need at least have 5 referencing.

Part C need to think about:
– corporate governance code
– virtue ethic
– in connection of directors or stakeholders
– not interest of conflicts with stakeholder
– did not use the information of shareholder
– prevent failure/ fraud
– protect imprudent and safe way
– not working: e.g. : ERROL, NORTHERN ROCK
– comply with corporate governance
– virtue ethic, deal with individual, justice
