Population Census is a record of the individuals that reside in a certain territory or a country, it is important because the programs and budget of the government can be based on a Population Census but in terms of the people there must be at least 75% of the people in a country for a Population Census. The remaining 25% must be the military personnel wherein the confidentiality of its numbers is highly required to provide an excellent security in a country.
