AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I, , of legal age, resident of Rm. 404, Monica Condo, #90 Buendia Avenue, Pasay City am filing a complaint.
In behalf of my employer, Obodei S. Iyar of Koror, Palau, I come to make a complaint against who was our Liaison Office. This position gives her the authority to be in charge of the business transactions including the holding of cash in the office. In fact, she also handled the collection of all accounts receivables and credit made by the customers.
So, as the manager of the said company, I’ve been given authority and trust by the employer to take a legal action to . Based on the result of the audit I made, we found out the following total breakdown of the cash unknown.
1. Remittance Transmittal Charges $ 187.50
2. Avon Sales and Collectibles 254.00
3. Natasha Sales and Collectibles 361.86
4. Debusch Card Income 815.00
Total ,618.86
Because of this problem, we decided to charge with theft. Attached here is the list of all records and receipts related to this charge.
