1.      The roles of the nurses are subject for the continuous changes due to the different recognition of health problems. In the ongoing discovery of different diseases and as well as treatment and medication, the nurses job description is changing.

2.      The traditional practices of the nurses are affected by the various challenges due to lack of education, hands-on practices, and patient-based health care. The emerging problem in most of the schools is the quality of education that can affect the future practices and understanding of the nurses towards the issue of health care.

3.      The quality of care as a result to the scope of knowledge, skills, and experience of the nurses is placed in the hanging possibility of improvement through the collaboration of technology in the medical practice. In the support of the innovation of the technologies, the medical approaches can be achieved in a more effective way.
