      In today’s world of business; competition is tough, innovation through research and development is quiet never ending the struggle for brand leadership through promotion using all forms of media is steep and employers quest for opportunities takes its privileges and risks in the market that is somehow dependent on their capital. If a certain companies do not comply with such fast pace struggle and if they could not afford to expand exponentially then the whole organization is at stake. This has been the experiences of newly established business or businesses that are declining. To make it simple to understand a new business is hard to grow with less capital and thus it is hard to maintain companies for the same reasons but then again their quest for opportunities should not be blocked by such hindrances.


      They are lucky if they have the capital to spend since employers are hungry for ideas, creativity, ingenuity and innovation to regenerate business success. They can do this with lesser struggle. We can mention so many companies who have the ability to quench such thirst for opportunities. If we are going to think about companies who can do it all, the first I can think of is Bill Gates of Microsoft Corporation who continuously design and develop innovative world class programs the world has ever need and much more. In recent study shows that nothing equal to the popularity of their products. Microsoft Windows dominates more than 90 percent of users all over the world while they still hunger for innovation to introduce new product. This unsurpassed domination makes them seems to give more hunger and unrest to do more and it’s understandable. The real leaders are satisfied but always hungry to develop to its full potential. They even hire programmers all over the world. Bill gates were once an undergraduate but now he has the services of the greatest men and women in his company.


      Literally Coca-Cola Company is thirsty for more. No matter how they drink their products you can bet in their continuing struggle for commercial how thirsty they are to more and more opportunities in product development and promotion. They cannot be stopped to be the leader. Their distribution goes beyond boundaries of the earth. They have over exaggerated their products in promotion but it has been very successful in the heart of their customers. From this point of view we can say that winners are leaders who would not want to give up but keep on trying. They are the ones who face all obstacles and succeed in spite of it all. They will just never give up no matter what happen. And that is the reason why they are leaders.  


      Thomas Alba Edison was once was just an unknown inventor but his invention of incandescent light bulb has lighten up the world that extensively changed the lives of human existence because of his powerful invention. This invention makes us possible to see light at night and form extended activities during night time. Using almost thousands of filaments he would make nights into days just to master his craft. He has failed almost a thousand times but he would not just give up and in the end when he succeeded the result is a worldwide sensation and a beginning of economic progress and the rest is history.       Small or newly established companies should learn from their examples. To be able to sustain or to live up to the expectation of their businesses more than survival, companies of today should continue to strive for excellence no matter what position on the market. If they are really willing they will be able to introduce their company modestly. It is a challenge to hire the best employee who can do the job, if they do then they found a hero.


      More than looking for employees they can use all their resources, including the help of friends and family, be good to people, learn to innovate and promote their products and be honest in their dealings, this requires nothing more than just character development and may not require a large amount of cash but it equates to the possibility of expansion and growth towards companies success. If they do all this and experience a slight improvement in their business then it can be a good leap towards success. You may never know, but don’t be afraid until you try.
