Daily Handover Log

 


1)      On 12:00hrs CCTV #3 was malfunction, work order issued to maintenance contractor already, reference number 1234, and technician would come on this evening. Evening shift IC please follow up.


 


2)      On 12:30hrs while KK TSE patrol on vacant apartment, he discover two out side contractor were smoking cigarette in an apartment, that behavior was not accept in our company policy, those contractors were warning by KK TSE and they have left from our complex immediate and they also not allow to work in our complex anymore. The boss of the contractor was informed.


During the vacant apartment was under renovation, security guard should effort to patrol on all contractor work site, to ensure all contractor behavior was no problem.


 


3)      Security guard report to MO that unknown person left the door of rooftop left open but there was no one on the roof, KK TSE order him to lock the door immediately. Because there is no CCTV install on rooftop, there is no other way to find out who did it.


 


4)      On 16:00hrs, A41/F tenant reported to Management Office that his toilet was leaking water, KK TSE call the maintenances to an apartment immediately, however the technician unable to completed to fix the problem, he only stop the water leak from pipe for temporary, the technician will pass to other technician on tomorrow to repair the toilet pipe.


 


5)      On 16:15hrs Security Guard report to MO that he discovers the smoke door on 12/F staircase was malfunction, the door unable to automatic closure. The work order was issued immediately.


 


6)       On 17:10hrs, security guard report to MO that he discovers the main entrance glass door was broken by unknown reason. KK TSE inspects the door and order the worker put a piece of wood for temporary protect the door, aim to prevent any accident happen. A contractor will replace the glass on coming Friday.


 


7)       Resident of A 15/F report to security his vehicle front left light was broken, he do not remember when and where cause the damage, and ask MO for investigate, after review CCTV there is no discover, KK TSE reply to a tenant that during his parking time, there is no person approach to his vehicle, the damaged may be struck from outside.


 


8)      The fire smoke detector was activated at 18:00hrs, the fire panel indicated that an apartment A42/F was detected smoke in master bedroom. KK TSE responded to the scene along with security guard. A maid open the door and said that she was over cooking the beef steak create a lot of smoke, and the smoke running to the master bedroom. The incident confirmed was a fire false alarm. KK TSE instruct a maid open all window in an apartment to let the smoke running out of an apartment.


 


9)      On 18:10hrs, a commercial car park user report to MO that her octopus card was lost, so she can not driver her vehicle to leave the car park without assist, KK TSE attended to the car park and check the user access time from computer system to confirm how mush she have pay. At lasted KK TSE find out that the user was parking in our car park space, 60 dollars was charge from a user in cash; then KK TSE raise barrier to let the user left.


 


 


 


10)  There is a wedding ceremonial processing from 15:00hrs until 22:00hrs. On 21:00hrs, a tenant Miss YU of B 39/F complaints against to management office about the hours of music and chants to much annoyance of her. Even she closed the entire window she still hearing the sound. Ms YU also said the music made her unable to sleep, and she has to wakeup early on tomorrow for fly. She claimed that she will call the police for assist if our security guard cannot stop the loudly music immediately. She also said that she paid the rent but cannot has a peace, and she said that she have complained before but every time the result make her upset and disappointed.  


 


KK TSE attended to the function scene for investigation, upon his arrivals he hearing a loudly music from the live and through the speaker. The loudly music cover the whole surrounding area. KK TSE try to speak to the banquet in charge SS FU to ask him reduce the music by turn down the speaker volume. SS Fu said that the music would stop at 22:00 and the party still in processing, KK TSE explain to him there is a tenant complaint the loudly music. SS FU then turn the volume little down.


 


On 22:20hrs, a police vehicle access to our complex, two policemen drops off from the car, they ask our security guard for interview the party in charge. KK TSE was attended to the scene along with SS FU and speaks with the policemen. The policeman said they are handling a complain from a unknown person about the noise sound and they come for investigation. The policemen instruct us to stopping the live band because it is really loudly to the residents who were living around. Caused by the force of policemen, SS FU was talk to the hoist of the wedding and stops the music.


The police left and there is no further complaint from other tenants.


 


 


11)  The Fire Safety Training Course held on coming Sunday, Security Department please arranges five staff to attend the course at 15:00 in meeting room.


 


12)  While checkpoint security guard operates the barrier, the barrier impact on the delivery van, the barrier was damaged cause by the van keep moving and pulls the barrier loose from the pole. There is no damaged on the van, because it is our mistake, the police was not informed. The barrier would be replace on tomorrow by the maintenance contractor.
