Staff works performance analysis (Security Guard)
Good performance
1. He is in good performance when he was duty on the post of check point He take the information from the visitor very detail and ceremoniously.
2. When he is on patrolling the complex, he was always alert about the unusual condition and report to security control.
3. His relationship with the resident was very good.
4. He is active in help others staff to settle the problem.
5. He post on the duty position was very concentrate on his duty.
6. He is good in remember the instruction of morning briefing. Supervisor only gave him simple instruction; he can understand and handle by himself.
7. He is enthusiastic to help others.
8. He is conscientiousness on his duty.
9. He can independent to solve the problem by himself.
10. His communication is very clear in using the walkie-talkie.
11. He has good performance in handling (operate) the check point barrier raise up and down.
12. He pass the messages to control was very clear and with the sufficient information.
13. He has good acknowledged of his duty job. He know how to handling his problem and no need help from others.
Bad performance
1.He has bad communication when he talking through the walkie-talkie. He speak too fast, others always need him to speak one or two more time then can understand the descript he want to said.
2. He always forgot the instruct of morning briefing and he need supervisor to remind him the detail of morning briefing.
3. He is not attention when he posts on his duty.
4. He is not pay attention when he duty on his post.
5. He always miss the important information from the visitor. He do not know the location of the visitor want to go and let the visitor access to our complex.
6. He needs more training of the fire system install in our complex. He is not remembering the emergency procedure of fire.
7. He not very active to service the tenant to get in or out the taxi. He always just sitting in the check point station.
8. His wearing the uniform always not tidy.
9. He always not recognized his missing, and the missing always from others, not from him.
