[1]Feminist theory is the extension of feminism into theoretical, or philosophical discourse, it aims to understand the nature of gender inequality. It examines women’s social roles and lived experience, and feminist politics in a variety of fields, such as anthropology and sociology, communication psychoanalysis, economics, literary criticism, education, and philosophy. While generally providing a critique of social relations, much of feminist theory also focuses on analyzing gender inequality and the promotion of women’s rights, interests, and issues. Themes explored in feminism include art history and contemporary art, aesthetics, discrimination, stereotyping, objectification (especially sexual objectification) oppression, and patriarchy.

There are a number of distinct feminist disciplines, in which experts in other areas apply feminist techniques and principles to their own fields. Additionally, these are also debates in which shape feminist theory and they can be applied interchangeably in the arguments of feminist theorists.

In western thought, bodies have been historically associated solely with women, whereas men have been associated with the mind The notion of the body (and not the mind) being associated with women has served as a justification to deem women as property, objects, and exchangeable commodities (among men). For example, women’s bodies have been objectified throughout history through the changing ideologies of fashion, diets, exercise programs, cosmetic surgery, etc. The race and class of women can be a determinate of whether one body will be treated as decoration and protected which is associated with middle or upper-class women’s bodies. On the other hand, the other body is recognized for its use in labor and exploitation which is generally associated with women’s bodies in the working-class or with women of color. Second-wave feminist activism has argued for reproductive rights and choice, women’s health (movement), and lesbian rights (movement) which are also associated with this Bodies debate.

The study of feminist legal theory is a school thought based on the feminist view that law’s treatment of women in relation to men has not been equal or fair. The goals of feminist legal theory as defined by leading theorist Claire Dalton, consist of understanding and exploring the female experience, figuring out if law and institutions oppose females, and figuring out what changes can be committed to. This is to be accomplished through studying the connections between the law and gender as well as applying feminist analysis to concrete areas of law.

It took a Nancy Cott to stand up for women’s right for suffrage in the United States.  It did took a long time before women gained and enjoyed they right to vote. All it needs was someone to stand up for some right.

How do we correlate the theory of feminism in analyzing any kind of work in a stylistic manner? We should start to view work as a zeal for excellence, dropping down the thought of stereotyping women as weaker species than men.  Everything around analysis needs a keen observation to understand the point at all angles. Not just looking at outside, but looking at something by its worth and capacity.

Analyzing something needs keen observation; you’ll have to look at all angles. You do not have space for any mistakes. Then you would see, and later on realize, that what you see is what you get, and what you get comes with a good deal. That is not just looking at something. That is analyzing. And with analysis, you should have a system, where in you have to follow a certain set of rules.

In a business environment, everything must be observed. Nothing should be missed out. In that way, everything will be at their respective places.

Imagine you are looking at a keyboard. Wherein you see all those keys that you use to type and have your thoughts saved into a flash drive. You used the keyboard for its main purpose. What was the color of the keyboard? Let’s just say that it is black. Why do you think that the manufacturer of that thing chose black instead of using the earlier design? Have you ever asked yourself why suddenly after all those years that every office that you have been shifted from white parts into black parts?         That has been thought about by the manufacturers of the aforementioned parts. That’s why computers and other accessories nowadays are more durable, eco-friendly, and sometimes fashionably designed depending on the needs of the users.

Though as we knew it, the world is really unfair, but that world has changed so much. It has evolved. It is still unfair nowadays, but as human race have grown with so much awareness about rights and privileges, and also their responsibilities as an individual part of the community, the boundaries of what men can do were crossed by women of the new age. If men can do it, definitely the women can. Everything is possible with an eager soul. Women nowadays are not just simply an object of desire.
