The last topic which I chose is:

4. Game Theory Based Loss Allocation Method in Electricity Markets – Based on cooperative game theory, a method for power losses allocation in a competitive electricity market is to be developed

Brief Description:
The goal of power losses allocation in bilateral electricity markets is to apportion the network transmission losses and relative charge to each transaction. Generally, the transmission losses generated from generator node to load node are not included in the transaction quantity when bilateral transactions are signed. However, the units, which provide power losses, should be paid for their services. The process of loss allocation is important. It determines whether the extra charge can be fairly allocated to each bilateral transaction.

Based on cooperative game theory, a method for power losses allocation under the bilateral-transactions model is to be developed. The impacts of different market players on network power losses will be taken into account. With the proposed method, network power losses should be allocated to each transaction reasonably. The allocation results would not be affected by the sequence that each transaction is formed and be active. The method will answer for the open, equal, and impartial principles of electricity market and can be easily understood and accepted by market players. Case studies will be conducted to validate the equity and validity of the method.

Please note below “Brief Description” of each project and the attached Assessment Plan for your reference. I would like you help to write the Formal Project Proposal.
