If all these factors will be met and given focus and consideration; eventually, the   success and profitability will be surely gain by the organization itself.  Hence, full understanding of all factors that are affecting employees’ performance is the bottom line here in order to increase the organization’s productivity.  Also, experience is very crucial point here, especially when hiring new employees who do not have proper work background for the job.  For this case, company orientation and extensive training must be given to the new hired employees. In some cases, there are new hired employees that despite the comprehensive orientation and extensive company training, they still failed to acquire the necessary skills after their on the job training. This is also a big problem to the company. This is the major reason that many companies are giving probationary period for the new employees, this is the chance for new hired to prove show to the management if they are capable of doing the job.  If it is not, they are being removed from the company by ending their contract.
