This assignment is extended to the previous Project Proposal assignment that you have solved it for me last time.
Unfortunately, the lecturer has given comments which are related to the previous assignment. Note please that you have to follow all those comments and the project has to be converted to only the car park segment in the same assignment, so it will not be implementing the whole residential building. As I said only the car park segment.
Any way all the assignment documents are attached with this order and the previous proposal with its comments as well. You will find all comments have been written in a red color at the proper place in each section.
Please it is very important to pay a significant attention to all requirements, comments and feedback from the previous assignment. By the way I did not get a good mark on it. Note that the same expert who has solved the previous assignment has to solve this assignment too, because he will be able to understand the new part of the assignment and all comments as well. Project Implementation plan.
Assignment 3 is the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) that follows on from assignment 2, the Project Proposal. This assignment is to be done individually. Your PIP should include the following:
 A summary of the project scope and priorities from your proposal
 A complete WEBS, with detailed work packages, costs and resources
 A project AON network (with early & late times, slack, critical path),
 A Gantt Chart showing all dependencies,
 A resource allocation schedule showing the time-phased requirements of people, consumables, equipment and costs,
 A complete risk management plan
 A project management plan (change control, reporting etc)
Students can use project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project„¢) however it is possible to meet the requirements of this assignment without using software.
You need to ensure you format your assignment so that it is acceptable to upload into TurnitinUK. To do this, you will need to format and combine all documentation into either a single word or pdf file before uploading it into TurnitinUK. If you experience any difficulty doing this, please discuss it with your instructor.
Remember it is your responsibility to keep a copy of your assignment. It is anticipated that your assignment will be marked directly in TurnitinUK and your comments and marks will be available from the assessor via Blackboard.
