Case study analysis for a given case on “Cirque du Soleil”,
following the criteria on the given marking rubric and the below assessment
requirements. Sources from scholarly journals should be used.


Identify the key IHRAM concepts present in the case, and apply your knowledge
of IHRAM concepts. You may want to consider structuring your analysis in the
following format:


1. The unique IHRAM issues faced by Cirque du Soleil as a global
organization.
2. The strategy of Cirque du Soleil to overcome these issues.
3. The adequacy of their strategy.
4. Any recommendations you may have to help them improve their operations..


In addition to the marking rubric provided, the case study analysis will be
