The continuous need for nurses from other
countries has caused large number of employments of nurses from both inside and
outside the country. The strong demand for nurses also created a great number of
people applying and taking nursing courses in order to fill in the great demand
for nurses.

            Most people, especially in third
world countries enroll themselves to nursing courses for the same purpose.
Students, even professionals are found enroll themselves in schools that offer
Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Professionals, like doctors, army, teachers, and
others are all channeling their careers to nursing.

However, a survey taken from one of
the hospitals indicated that one of every 3 nurses, working in public hospitals
admitted their intention of leaving the career in two years time. Those who
admitted their will to leave are mostly nurses who haven’t reached the age of
thirty.

This fact would raise the question
on whether the shifting to the nursing career is a long term goal or a long term
career or just a trial and error to most people who are looking for employment.
There could be few reasons that make up this problem. One is nursing management
and human motivation. In analyzing why nurses are often young and newly hires,
we would need to look into the management of the general practice to nurses. We
would also search the degree of motivation that pushes a particular person to
enroll and choose a career in nursing.

This study will explain more on the
motive of a person in choosing to be a nurse. This study will like wise check
how the nurses were managed and all the data gathered will be analyzed deeply.
The motive of the person against how they are managed in the real practice will
be scrutinized.
