Taken for example is a waiter in a restaurant; if the restaurant urgently needed a cook and the employee is also trained in that area then, gradually the restaurant’s small problem is solved less than a minute.


            Occasionally, the training and development is costly but if the business is willing to take higher profit, they should also invest for it. The business should understand that continuous training means continuous success.5 And if the business includes the training and development into their system then gradually, it will pay them back. Training is for everybody and training is the most important thing. Training is like committing your own in the much intense kind of duty.

The achievement of the success is not an overnight work nor by the labor of one person.
