Subsequently, there are various kinds of Psychotherapy Approach.  The first one is Psychodynamic therapy; this is applied for the client or patient who is believed to have depression due to unsettled disagreements that normally occurred during childhood days.  The goal of this kind of treatment is to aid the patient to recognize and manage his or her feelings through divulging the sequence of events that happened in patient’s childhood days.  This treatment takes weeks, months or even years before the patient can fully recover from the present condition.  The next one is the Interpersonal therapy; this is focused on the patient’s actions and dealings with both family and friends.  This treatment aims to improve the interaction abilities of the patient and develop   patient’s self-worth in a short period of time.   This will only last for four months of session.  The third one is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; this treatment is applied on depression cases; as well as helps in correcting patient’s wrong insights or ideas about his or herself and the surroundings. The psychotherapist will be able to help the patient to identify the right thoughts and strategy to treat and surpass his or her situation.  This treatment allows the patient to understand and recognize   his or herself further.  Subsequently, psychotherapy can be done individually,   by group, by couple or marital partner and by family (with family members).    In view thereof, in order to achieve a favorable outcome  from psychotherapy, the patient or client must make sure that he or she will complete  all the sessions which programmed by the physician.
