They set the trends and the culture of the school through their leadership standard practices. Teachers are like parents while Principal is like grandparents.

Principal is a teacher too, that is why they understand the important role of teachers. Principal supports the works of the teacher because they know their works that is why they encourage the teachers to handle their students to the best they can. An efficient and trusted Principal are great manager who do not compromise the school for corruptive behavior in their management position, there are times that parents would offer them money in exchange of passing grades but Principal must be committed to their management practice of honesty and integrity.

Principal are Architect of Changes, they are the one who oversee the needs in school, and they make a difference in the life of teachers and students through the principles of changes. Their life is like an actors and actresses that are open view and review by people if they are respectable and adoptable, and people who knew them are easily influence in their behavior especially the children who love them. Physically they may oversee additional changes in school accessibility and conduciveness to study. If they taught that additional buildings for library or infrastructure are needed, they are supported by the board or the government for additional changes. They tend to reform school as a community of changes to try new things that are equally beneficial, tried different approach of learning to see the bigger picture to prepare the students in the reality of life.

The students, upon graduation may not forget the challenges and hard works that they have encountered during their school days, they may not forget the structure of the school and they will basically visit the place every now and then. They will not forget even more the peers and friends that they have established and most of all the teachers and parents who took pride of their importance to lead them to a good direction to become a good citizen of the nation. Most of all students will possess the traits and character of the school which they are molded through which the Principal is a part of it. Finally the role of the Principal is a new creative learning and teaching experience every day, highly influential to the school and to the community.
