For the community to go harmoniously, it is protected by different laws made by the its legislative a body and imposed by an agency, its government. But those laws made are not just imposed automatically without proper notice to its citizen. It means that everybody who does not abide to the law after it approval and announcement whether he or she got noticed of it will receive appropriate sanction that is being stated by the said law. And the reason of being innocent has no place in terms of the law. Therefore, everybody either innocent or not have to take note of fear and be a law abider.
