These essays are not case studies as in Assignment 1 (To fire or not to fire), not use of the decision making model – “Ethical Decision-making model” (Hobson and Walsh) and discussion of a particular ethical dilemma is not necessary.
However, you may devote a small part of the essay to discussion of a case study by way of illustration of your overall argument (and if you wish, briefly analyze it using aspects of the decision making model).

How far should a teacher’s private life (e.g. matters of lifestyle, moral and religious beliefs, sexual behavior) be seen as relevant to his/her role as a teacher? What rights should employing authorities have in regard to such matters?
