Staff’s Work Performance Analysis (Security Guard)


 


Good performance



  • He excels in performance when is assigned and posted on check point. He takes the visitor’s information in detail and ceremoniously.




  • When patrolling the entire complex, he always alert unusual condition and report to security control.




  • His relationship with the residents is very good.




  • He is active in helping other staff in settling problems.




  • He concentrates when posted on a specific duty position.




  • He is good in remembering the instructions given during morning briefing. The Supervisor only gives him simple instructions and he can understand and handle them by himself.




  • He is enthusiastic to help others.




  • He is conscientiousness on his duty.




  • He can independently solve problems.




  • His communication using the walkie-talkie is very clear.




  • He is prompt in handling (operating) the check point barrier particularly in raising up and pulling down.




  • He passes clear and complete messages and information to the control.




  • He possesses good acknowledgement of his duty. He knows how to handle his problem and no help is needed from others.



  •  


    Bad performance


    1.      Although he is good in conveying information and messages, he tends to have bad communication at times. When he is talking through the walkie-talkie, he speaks too fast. Others always need him to speak one or two more times for them to understand the details or messages he wants to say.


    2.      He always forgets the instructions given during morning briefing and he needs the Supervisor to remind him the details.


    3.      He is not attentive when he posted on his duty.


    4.      He always misses the important information from the visitors coming to the complex. For example, he does not know the location the visitor wants to go. He easily lets the visitor to gain access to our complex.


    5.      He needs more training of the fire system set up in our complex. He forgets the fire emergency procedures.


    6.      He not very active to services need by the tenant like providing assistance to get in or out the taxi. He is just sitting in the check point station.


    7.      He wears his uniform untidy.


    8.      He does not recognize his mistakes and always blames others instead of his self.
