      Ask yourself a few questions before establishing or expanding a business; is your product and services really needed? How the customers can benefit about your product? People who communicate well and dressed well, good manner and well behave customer service staff who can give the best information is best picked and remembered by most clients. They present a good image of the company.


      Lastly research what the community needs just like in most parts of Africa who lacked potable drinking water and water for their daily use. They also need electricity and medicine, faster computer and good communication system.
