The relative importance of marketing mix emphasizing 4Ps of marketing which are promotion, place, price and product in accordance to construction industries is that the marketing mix in function, will duly provide the necessary assessment as to which the process of construction be successful and effective in every needed aspect before starting such project execution in the field, let’s say for example, before a commercial building can be eligible for construction, there should be ample need to evaluate and analyze beyond marketing areas and its respected standards and that it is the role of the construction management team to careful appraise how marketing can work positively on their side. For instance, the place mix will have to be appropriate first followed by supplying and creating quality product, the materials comprising the building and then after such assessment, relates the price how much the building will cost and then, have the power of promotion providing potential buyers a closer glance of the construction building until everything is finished from such tangible and intangible factors. In essence, there involves the management function and will be concern in satisfying prospected clients’ objectives while achieving organizational goals.
